  2. IP Whitelisting

Wordfence

In order to add our IPs on your Wordpress website using Wordfence, you can follow these steps.

Step 1: Log in to your WordPress dashboard

  • Open a web browser and navigate to your WordPress website's admin area.

  • Enter your credentials to log in.

Step 2: Access the Wordfence settings

  • In the WordPress dashboard, locate and click on "Wordfence" in the left-hand menu.

  • Select "Firewall" from the Wordfence menu.

Step 3: Navigate to the IP Whitelist settings

  • Within the Firewall settings, click on the "All Firewall Options" button.

  • Scroll down to find the "IP Whitelist" section.

Step 4: Add IP addresses to the whitelist

  • In the "IP Whitelist" section, enter the IP addresses you want to whitelist.

  • Each IP address should be entered on a new line.

  • You can specify individual IP addresses or IP ranges using CIDR notation (e.g., 192.168.0.1 or 10.0.0.0/24).

Step 5: Save the changes

  • Once you have added the IP addresses to the whitelist, click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.

Wordfence will now allow traffic from the whitelisted IP addresses to bypass its security rules, providing unrestricted access to your WordPress website. Please note that the steps provided are based on the current version of Wordfence at the time of writing this guide. If you are using a different version, the steps or options might vary slightly.
